The Can’t Even Quit app was designed in consultation with current and ex-smokers from the Aboriginal community, to enable a deep contextual understanding of user experiences, knowledge, attitudes, and behaviour related to both smoking habits and use of mobile technology. This helps to identify triggers for behaviour change, past experiences with quitting and also cessation maintenance. The use of a mobile application allows for an accessible and simple way to support Aboriginal people with their goal to stop smoking.
The major function that differentiates this app from other smoking apps on the market is the My Challenges function. This allows you to invite friends and family to join you in quitting while adding some friendly competition to your quit journey. You will also have access to a personalised quit plan, motivational messaging, and medication information to support you with staying quit.
